I saw the moon from my front stoop...

...and I have stifled with Herculean effort the temptation to make puns about seeing landmasses!

I shared the moment with my youngest son (home from college).  If he hadn't come to get me, I'd have surfed and blogged this once-in-a-lifetime moment away!

Unfortunately, we forgot to wake his mother: we're both in the dog house!
