Shades of Tesla!

This had me thinking about the Tesla Coil, the design Tesla hoped to use to transmit electricity through the air. One of his greatest discoveries that is powering your computer - and, every appliance in your home - to view this post RIGHT NOW was alternating (A/C) current.
